Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:

·       40 oz of skinless chicken, which could be trimmed to reduce the size

·       1/2 tsp of kosher salt

·       Grounded black pepper

·       Spray for cooking

·       4 medium-sized garlic cloves that are chopped finely

·       Crushed tomatoes of about 28 ounce

·       Half-sized red pepper that is chopped

·       4 oz shiitake mushrooms that are sliced

·       Fresh spring thyme

·       Fresh spring oregano 

·       One bay of leaf

·       1 tbsp of fresh parsley

·       Grated parmesan cheese that is freshly grated

Directions:

Arrange the chicken with pepper and salt for it to taste very well. Heat it with a big nonstick skillet and let the heat get to around medium heat. Make sure you coat the chicken with cooking spray and then cook the added chicken until it looks brown for about 3 minutes. Take it to your slow cooker, and if you are making use of chicken breast, this step can be skipped, and you could put the chicken into the slow cooker.
